- What can I do on Free?
- Edit and caption your own videos and preview them in every format. Once you sign in you also get 3 video exports and 20 credits for photo edits and virtual try-on every month. Everything you make on Free carries a small Made by ClaraShots mark. AI video, voiceover, composed music, translation and your AI twin come with a plan, and so does removing the mark.
- What do 2× and 4× usage mean?
- The same Pro plan with two or four times the credits and exports, at two or four times the price. Switch tiers any time from Billing.
- How many AI videos do I get?
- Each plan card shows it. Newly generated footage is the most expensive thing we make: an AI product video is a 8-second clip for 54 credits. Editing and captioning your own footage never uses credits, and exports come from your plan's export allowance.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- Monthly credits refresh each billing period and don't carry over. Top-up credits never expire.
- What happens when I run out?
- Buy a top-up, or move up a plan. Nothing is ever charged without you choosing it.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from Billing. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- What counts as a video export?
- One finished MP4, up to two minutes, without a watermark. Re-exporting the same cut after a tweak counts once per export.
