Terms & conditions.
These terms govern your use of Clara. They are written to make responsibilities around product imagery, accounts and purchases understandable.
1. Using Clara
You must be able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
2. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Clara the limited permission needed to store, process and transform that content to provide the service. You must have the rights and permissions necessary for every product, logo, person and other material you submit.
3. Generated outputs
Subject to payment and applicable law, you may use delivered outputs for your business. Generative systems can occasionally produce inaccuracies, so you are responsible for reviewing product details, colors, claims and prices before publication.
4. Purchases and credits
Prices and included deliverables are shown before purchase. One-off products and credits are charged using the selected payment method. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, completed generation work is not refundable once delivery has begun.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Clara for unlawful, deceptive or infringing content; to impersonate others; to bypass access controls; or to disrupt the service. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Clara reliable, but features may change and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may modify the service or these terms, with reasonable notice for material changes.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Clara is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid Clara during the twelve months preceding the claim, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.
8. Contact and disputes
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. Governing law and any required dispute venue will depend on the contracting Clara entity identified on your invoice.
