Privacy, in plain language.

This policy explains what Clara processes when you create product imagery, how that information is used and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect

We collect account details you provide, such as your name and email address; product images and campaign instructions you upload; generated outputs; transaction records; and basic technical data needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use information

We use this information to provide previews and paid deliverables, maintain your account, process payments, prevent abuse, improve reliability and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Product images and outputs

Your uploads are used to produce the work you request. You retain ownership of your source materials and generated deliverables, subject to the rights you already hold in any brands, products or people depicted.

4. Service providers

Clara may use infrastructure, storage, authentication, image-processing, analytics and payment providers. They receive only the information reasonably required to perform their services and are expected to protect it.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, associate anonymous previews with your account and protect the service. We may also use limited analytics to understand product performance and campaign attribution.

6. Retention and security

We retain account and campaign information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. We use access controls and industry-standard safeguards, though no internet service can promise absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as Clara evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel.
