How to produce 50+ ad variations a week using AI UGC
A repeatable workflow for bulk-producing ad creative: hook matrices, AI presenters, localised versions and every format from one script.

Fifty ad variations a week sounds like a production studio. It isn't, once you stop thinking of each variation as a new video. Most variations are the same video with one thing changed, and AI makes changing one thing almost free.
Where 50 comes from
Multiply it out. Two products, or two angles for one product. Five hooks for each. Two presenters or creators. Three formats. That's 60 variations from four core videos. The work isn't making 60 videos, it's making four good ones and a system to multiply them.
The weekly workflow
- Monday: review last week's results. Which angles and hooks won? Retire the losers.
- Pick two or three angles to test, based on what won and what customers are saying in comments and reviews.
- Write a hook matrix: five or more openings per angle, across different patterns.
- Produce the bodies: one creator shoot, one AI presenter script or one founder take per angle.
- Generate the openings: one per hook, so each variation differs only in its first seconds.
- Export every format: 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5, with captions placed clear of each platform's buttons.
- Localise the winners from previous weeks into new languages.
- Name everything consistently, launch, and repeat next week.
Name variations so results mean something
Fifty variations are useless if you can't tell what made the winner win. Put the variable in the name: product, angle, hook id, presenter, format and language. When the results come in, you can sort by any of them and see whether it was the angle, the line or the person.

Where AI does the heavy lifting
- Writing first drafts of hook matrices and scripts.
- Generating presenter takes for each script and hook.
- Captions, filler-word cuts and on-screen hooks.
- Reframing every video into every format.
- Translating captions and voice for new markets.
Volume without slop
More variations only help if each one is worth watching. Read every script out loud. Watch every variation once before it launches. Check every claim. A team that ships 20 good variations a week will beat one that ships 100 forgettable ones.
Turn your next take into a video people finish.
Captions timed to every word, a pinned hook and a tighter edit, all from the footage you already have.
